Newport Retail and Leisure Park (near the area known as Spytty Retail Park) is an out-of-town shopping centre in the city of Newport, South Wales. It is located in the Lliswerry area of the city and is accessed via the Southern Distributor Road (which connects to junction 24 of the M4 motorway).
The retail park is large and is home to many shop units, car sales garages and restaurants. There is a Cineworld cinema and a Tesco Extra hypermarket.

These include ASDA Living, Boots Group, Peacocks, Clarks, Outfit, PC World, Tesco Extra, Thorntons, Iceland, Blockbuster Video, Birthdays, Matalan, Next, New Look, SCS, Sally's Hair & Beauty Supply, Carphone Warehouse, Sports Direct, First Choice Holidays and JJB Sports.[1]
The leisure park has a Cineworld cinema with three restaurants. The restaurants currently consist of McDonald's, Frankie & Benny's and Pizza Hut with a nearby KFC. The Megabowl bowling alley was shut down. The owners that run it entered administration in 2006 and the future of the unit is unclear, although it is rumoured that Tesco might occupy the unit during refurbishment of the existing unit. After this its future is unclear, although Marks & Spencer have expressed an interest.
